🏊 Big News: We Moved to SwimTopia!
We’re excited to announce that RMAL has officially adopted SwimTopia as our all-in-one management platform. SwimTopia combines registration, scheduling, meet management, volunteer coordination, and parent communication into a single, intuitive, modern web-based platform. It includes Meet Maestro for running meets and a companion SwimTopia Mobile App for parents and spectators.
📺 New to SwimTopia? Start here:

-
SwimTopia Help Center — your resource for documentation, tutorials, and FAQs
📱 Parents — Download the SwimTopia Mobile App!
The biggest change you’ll notice as a swim family is the SwimTopia Mobile App, available free on the App Store and Google Play. Log in with the same credentials you use on your team’s SwimTopia website.
Members can see your family’s schedule and best times, details, receive push notifications from their team admins, coaches, and RMAL, sign up for meet entries and volunteer jobs, and view their team and athlete info for free, all season long. The Live Event/Heat Bar broadcasts what’s happening in the pool during meets in real-time, so no one ever needs to miss a swim again.
Want even more on meet day? Upgrade to a Pro subscription to get full heat sheets, live results, upcoming swim reminders, favorite swimmer tracking, and real-time scores — subscribe for $5.99/month or $14.99/year, with a free 7-day trial. Guest mode is also available for spectators.

💻 Computer Operators (Meet Maestro)
RMAL will now run all meets using SwimTopia’s built-in meet management software, Meet Maestro™. It makes seeding, running meets, handling entries/results, integrating the timing system, and publishing heat sheets much easier and more flexible—no single dedicated computer required. Multiple team admins from any participating team can open the meet on multiple computers for concurrent data entry.
It runs directly in your web browser (Chrome is recommended)and integrates with the Dolphin timing system. Meet Maestro is resilient to internet failures — once the meet data is downloaded, you can enter times and DQs while completely offline.

👩💼 Parent Reps (Team Administrators)
As a parent rep, you’ll benefit from SwimTopia’s centralized team management tools. Manage your team’s site, handle rosters, online registration, meet schedules, volunteer signups, and communications — all from one dashboard called Manage Team. The league will push the season’s meet schedule directly to your site so you won’t have to build it from scratch, and shared meet templates ensure that all teams operate under the same rules.
You can import your existing roster and meet history, open registration forms to collect updated family information each season, and use SwimTopia’s built-in tools to communicate with parents via email or push alert.
