News and Notes

RMAL's 2022 regular season and Champs are in the books and what an exciting end to our year it was! From our awesome coach relays to our first scholarship award, and the amazing relay record set on the very last event, this summer was a great return to the complete tradition of RMAL and summer swimming.

We don't want to let the season slip away without thanking the countless volunteers who make this happen year after year, especially our parent representatives and coaches who give so generously of their time and energy to go far above and beyond to give our swimmers experiences and memories that will last a lifetime.
